Jamie Dormandy

Jamie joined Make-A-Wish in August 2023. His 15 years’ experience in leadership and transformation roles most recently included Head of Operational Transformation at the Money and Pensions Service and Head of Services at the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB). Prior to this, Jamie held leadership roles at Sainsbury’s and Motability Operations, and at the start of his career taught modern languages in London with Teach First. In 2018 he completed an MA in Leadership with Henley Business School, focusing on shared leadership within the 3^rd sector.

Outside of work, he enjoys travelling with his wife and two children, playing football, and chairs the PTA for his children’s school.
