Sell your tech with eBay to bring the sunshine

To celebrate the release of the new animated comedy adventure; 'Ron's Gone Wrong', eBay for Charity and Make-A-Wish UK have teamed up this October to raise vital funds to bring the sunshine to seriously ill children by encouraging their customers to sell pre-loved tech in celebration of the cinema release of Ron’s Gone Wrong. For every sale of pre-loved tech this October, sellers can choose to donate between 10-100% of the value to Make-A-Wish. eBay will be kindly matching all donations up to a guaranteed minimum of £15,000*.

Go on...sell your tech

We all tend to tuck away pre-loved tech when we upgrade. This October, eBay is encouraging people to check their drawers and sell any tech no longer needed to gain some extra cash whilst raising funds for Make-A-Wish.

Ron’s Gone Wrong

Ron’s Gone Wrong is the story of Barney, a socially awkward school child and Ron, his new walking, talking, digitally-connected device which is supposed to be his ‘Best Friend out of the Box’. The new animated comedy adventure from 20th Century Studios and Locksmith Animation, released October 15 in cinemas, tells the hilarious tale of how Ron’s malfunctions launch the pair on a journey that shows that good can come when tech is valued rather than discarded.

Selling your pre-loved tech is a great way of raising extra cash.

It is super easy, and eBay will match your donation £1 for £1 throughout October up to £15,000."
